Oracle DQM Search Optimization

A new service product from Rhapsody that provides optimization of DQM (Data Quality Management) customer search functionality
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Customer Data Hub (CDH) have a powerful Data Quality Engine as part of DQM that can be configured to search on most of the Customer attributes and identifiers
The DQM engine is used for customer search in Customers Online, Accounts Receivables, Sales Online and many other modules of Oracle eBusiness suite
Many Receivables customers can benefit immensely by using this search as opposed to traditional find customer UIs that come as part of AR customer standard form

Oracle TCA Functional Support

A new service that provides remote TCA (Trading Community Architecture) functional support to both Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Customer Data Hub (CDH) customers to better utilize the rich set of features and functionality offered within the TCA framework.
Useful in cases where:
- Many Oracle EBS and CDH clients are not leveraging the many of the features and functionalities that exist within the TCA framework. A common scenario as observed by Rhapsody

The supplier data is imported into TCA for the purpose of using de-duplication functionality that is native to Data Quality Management Module and de-duped data is synchronized back to Supplier data in Oracle.
